Who we are

Web Emperors is a digital marketing and AI automation agency based in Europe, serving clients across the EU, UK, North America, the Gulf, and APAC. Contact: team@webemperors.com.

Where we mention "we", "us", or "Web Emperors" below, we mean the team operating webemperors.com and any subdomains we own. "You" means anyone visiting the site, submitting a form, or engaging our services.

What we collect

We collect the minimum we need to do good work and keep the site running:

• Information you give us. Anything you put in a contact form, on a call, in an email, or in a project brief. Typically your name, email, company, and what you're trying to solve.
• Analytics data. Pages visited, referring sites, anonymized IP address, device type, and approximate location. Used to understand what content compounds.
• Cookies. Essential cookies for the site to function, plus opt-in analytics cookies. Details on our Cookie Policy.
• Communication records. Emails, call recordings (only with consent), and Slack/CRM history when you become a client.

Lawful basis under GDPR

We process your data under one of these GDPR lawful bases:

• Legitimate interest. Running our business, answering inbound enquiries, securing the site.
• Contract. Fulfilling our obligations when you become a client.
• Consent. Sending you marketing emails, setting non-essential cookies, recording calls.
• Legal obligation. Keeping tax and accounting records.

Who we share with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with vetted service providers who help us run the business:

• Hosting + CDN. Hostinger, Cloudflare
• Email + calendar. Google Workspace, Calendly
• CRM + workflow tools. GoHighLevel, n8n, Make.com
• Analytics. Privacy-respecting provider (selection in progress; see footer for current vendor)
• AI providers. Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI when we need them for delivery
• Payment. Stripe, Upwork, Fiverr depending on engagement type

All providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements or equivalent. If we ever change a key provider, we update this page.

Your rights

Under GDPR (and most equivalent regimes), you can ask us to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete it (the "right to be forgotten")
• Export it in a portable format
• Restrict how we use it
• Object to certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

Email team@webemperors.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and we respond within 30 days, typically the same week. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention

We hold prospect data for up to 24 months after our last interaction unless you ask us to delete sooner. Client records are kept for the legally required period (typically 7 years for tax) after engagement ends. Analytics are aggregated and retained per the analytics provider's defaults.

International transfers

Our service providers are based in the EU, UK, US, and other regions. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Updates

When this policy changes meaningfully, we update the "Last reviewed" date at the top and, if you're a client, we notify you by email. Minor wording fixes don't get notified.
