Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. AI Lite and Pro are month-to-month, cancel anytime. AI Enterprise typically runs on quarterly engagements so we can plan multi-channel campaigns properly, but no annual lock-in unless you want one.
What if my business needs are between tiers?
Tell us. We frequently build custom blends (Lite content output + Pro paid ads, for example) and price them transparently. Book a call and we'll scope it together.
Do you work with brands outside Europe?
Yes. EU is our home market, but we're actively serving brands in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Japan. English-first, time-zone flexible.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No setup fee on Lite or Pro. Enterprise engagements include a one-time onboarding sprint (typically 2–4 weeks) where we audit, instrument, and ship the first campaign. That's quoted into the first month.
Do you only offer AI-powered services?
Every service is available in both modes: AI-Powered (faster, lower cost) or Traditional (fully human-crafted, premium quality). The tiers above default to AI-Powered; we can adjust on request.
What happens after the strategy call?
You leave with two or three things you can try this week, free of charge. If there's a fit, we send a tailored proposal within 48 hours. No pressure, no follow-up boilerplate.
