Do I need this if Web Emperors built the site?
Not required. But most clients add it. Sites built by us get a 20% discount on Care Plan for the first year.
What if my site wasn't built by you?
We do an onboarding audit (€97 one-time). Covers backup setup, security review, baseline performance test. From there, monthly Care Plan kicks in.
What counts as a "small content edit"?
Text changes, image swaps, link updates, simple page additions. Anything that takes us under 15 minutes. Bigger jobs are quoted separately.
